The theme of Espresso has no one model.  This is an awesome example of the lighter roasts found in the more southern reaches of Italy. Probably the most complex and refreshing espresso we offer. Roasted carefully to a "city" medium roast considered "light" or "white" as an espresso.  Crisp and clean. Vibrant and powerful. Subtle and intense. The cup profiles with a soft nutty wood and sweet cane sugar vanilla cake-like presense. The creama is thick and sweet with a very fruity edge. Complex acidity and well balanced tannic sparkle combined with a soft warm and pleasing almost cedar like  freshness make for a long lasting and character laden sipping experience. More like a dessert coffee especially when offered to texured milk for the perfect Latte or cappuccino. The lighter roast maintains a MUCH higher caffeine content for a much more invigorating buzz.
