This wonderful wet processed bean is grown in the New Oriente region above lake Ayraza formed by an imploded volcano at 1450 meters (4500 feet). The rich volcanic soil of this region lends itself to perfect growing conditions that produces a very elegant bean. The coffee cups out with a very creamy mouth feel with moderate body. A dry and pleasing woody almost cedar-like aroma lingers through the entire cup. Flavors of cinnamon, mollasses, toasted almond, and orange sparkling acidity truly gives this cup a real dynamic character. Lingering finish of chocolate and silk inspires the senses.
