Grown in the "Gedeo" zone of the Misto Valley. This less common wet or washed processed bean makes for a super clean and very bright and dancing brassy dynamic cup.  Generous sparkling acidity and a smoother slightly heavier bodied and less gamey profile still maintains all of the dynamic fruit and floral qualities the Yerg'chefe' region is famous for. Serious complexity with generous tones of Beramot, Cassis, cinnimon spice, spread under a potent blanket of pure cream like aroma.  A lingering notable Lemon finish tops this remarkable brew.  ORGANIC Wet/Washed processed
